Out and About (with two)

There's never a dull moment around this house! Last week, we had several fun, low-key adventures with Clementine and Dutch. It takes a whole lot longer than I anticipated to get out the door with two kiddos!

Last Wednesday Cam and I discovered that Clementine had a half day of school (we figured this out around breakfast thankfully). Normally, we would have something super fun scheduled on a day like this, but with Dutch only 6 days old and a whole new routine to get used to, we were a little disorganized this time!
Nonetheless, I picked up Clem from school, Dutch in tow, and we made our way to the park to meet up with Aunt Kelly, Grandma and Grandpa. We had picnic lunch, climbed trees and played on the playground. Clem and grandpa explored the beach for crabs but this girl was feeling a little "freaked out" by the pinchy crabs and cut that quite short!
A few days later Cam's work had a fair with bounce houses, a dunk tank and our girl's favorite: face painting (second place winner for favorite: cotton candy).
She choose to be a puppy and then went to town on her cotton candy.
